The prices shown to you include all shipping and customs duty that will be paid on your behalf. All fulfillment will be done by our logistics partners however, you, as the customer will be the importer of the product for your own personal use.

All items purchased on the Sites are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Why is my order delayed?

Sometimes orders get delayed because the seller delays the delivery to our warehouse, delayed customs clearance at Tribhuvan International Airport or flight delays due to bad weather.

Importing products from abroad incurs alot of charges such as bank charges, international shipping and import fees. Among these charges, import fees/ custom duties take up the majority of the costs.
